Dia de los Muertos Festival

October 30, 2018  •  2 Comments

Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday honoring those who have departed. During the celebration families will construct altars with flowers, foods and photos of their deceased loved ones. It is believed that the spirits of the deceased will visit their families as a result of the altars.

This past weekend Mesa Arts Center hosted their 12th Annual Dia De Los Muertos Festival. It was an event filled celebrations featuring food, folklorico dancers, an all female mariachi band and most importantly a processional to the community altar designed by artist Kyllan Maney. It is one of my favorite events to photograph due to its vibrance and overall atmosphere. Enjoy the images below.

Not all cameras support DPOF and the ones that do bolster DPOF shift in their degree of help. For instance the easiest help would be for picking which photographs to print and in what number of duplicates while further developed help would be for empowering other information, for example, title photograph title text, paper size.

Agree with you that you make it sensible in all the ways.
